Hey guys. Just wanted to know what times an MOA would be "hot" when it says "INTMT" on a sectional chart, specifically in regards to the "Condor 1" MOA in Maine. I am an aircraft enthusiast and just wanted to know when I might be able to view some fighters from the ground or where else I could find this information. Thanks a lot!

Hey, I'm in Maine - based out of LEW (Auburn-Lewiston Municipal). I'd just call one of the briefers at 1-800-WXBRIEF and ask them that question.
If we intend to cross through one when flying, they've answered that question for us before.

INTMT means "intermittant". The MOA can go hot or cold at any time. The controlling agency is listed on the chart. You can call ATC enroute to find out, or check with a briefer before you leave. But even if you check with the briefer you should check enroute, since they can go hot without warning.
