In case anyone is interested, the seaplane from Fantasy Island, 1967 Grumman Widgeon, is up for sale on ebay, the price is climbing FAST. The auction goes up on July 27th, http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1617953576&ssPageName=HP1M [This message has been edited by Borchik (edited 07-20-2001).]
Im American and a Blue Jays fan, does that count toward anything?
I was just browsing around today looking at different flight simulation sites and I came upon http://www.planesimulation.com/ and what websites name do you think i saw all over the front page? Gotta love it!
here is a picture from the miami boat show, by the way it is rising to 86 degrees today. we will add some more as we get them. [This message has been edited by Borchik (edited 02-19-2001).]

I was reading this article about Atlantis docking with the space station, http://www.msnbc.com/msn/526315.asp?cp1=1 when a particular sentence struck me as absolutely amazing, whether it be the way the press just wrote it or if it is in fact the way NASA operates. "...Until the very last hour, NASA feared rain and clouds at the overseas emergency landing strips might force a delay. But the weather in Spain and Morocco improved, clearing the way for the flight. A last-minute problem with a circuit board also went away." the very last sentence in case you didnt notice...i would love to see a circut board that is having problems that just magically go away, i need to get myself some of those for my computers.
Right now I think we are looking at early spring. As the time gets closer we will let you know an exact date.
good question, im not sure if we are looking for anyone right now, best bet is to check out this page http://www.aeroplanner.com/jobs.cfm and send in your resume. That page tells you all the info you need.
I hear that, its a damn travisty!
We have an advanced planner in the works right now also, i find it a lot nicer to work with, especially when editing points and inserting new points into your route, this is for both aero and marineplanner. Can't tell you much more than that for now, I dont want to give away the suprise just yet...
It will be the boat show. I assume you will be there? You will find Ground Control and me working the booth. Stop by and say hi.
Glad you like it, wait till you see what we have coming.....
Florida sounds nice, we will be down in Miami in a few weeks for MarinePlanner. I cant wait to get myself out of this cold New England Weather.
AeroPlanner recently broke the 2 million maps mark, over 2 million maps have been viewed by our users! Thats a lot of trip planning.------------------ Brian Borchik Moderator/Administrator IMAPS
NICE!
I love listening to the live Chicago ATC, now what someone needs to do is get something live from Oshkosh during the air show. I want to hear what the busiest airport in the world for 1 week sounds like.
Now that is funny
You know what gets me...the F16 pilot thought he hit a bird! He did in sorts just one a little bigger than what he originally thought. If these guys where doing a practice bombing run I would really like to know why they were doing it in an area where civilian aircraft fly?
Pocket change...
That was by far my favorite also!
