I want to thank you all for your feedback! I have held with my resolve not to get into a situation in the air with him that I'm simply not comfortable with... and he's finally respecting my right to say "NO". Now that he has a few more hours, he's realizing that things can happen awfully fast... and you need to be able to react instinctively.We're planning a fairly long cross country this weekend... and his assignment is navigation... Wish us luck!
HELP! I just got my ticket nine months ago, and now spouse is taking lessons. He's asked me to sit right seat so he can practice what he's learning. I'm not at all comfortable with that idea... since none of my 150 hours have been on the right... Looking for some back up... to my insistence that he train with the CFI... not me!
