If you cancel an annual subscription, you will receive a prorated refund for the months remaining on the subscription.

If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will not receive a refund.

Generally, no refunds are given for the purchase of individual products such as TripTicks, Datachunks, etc. However, if you encounter difficulties with any individual product, contact us by email or phone to discuss the situation.
